Bordered between seashore and suburbia, legions of Loggerhead turtle hatchlings begin their epic journey from sandy shores to the depths of the open ocean. If they are to return to their natal beaches as adults, they must survive a gauntlet of predators including sharks and invasive lionfish stalking the reefs. The American crocodile patrols the brackish waters, always looking for an ambush to satisfy his appetite. But in this difficult hunting season, the croc will struggle to find food.
