(Through Hell and High Water/2006) Olympic Gold medalist James Cracknell is a man who likes to win. Television presenter Ben Fogle has never set foot in a rowing boat before. Together they have decided to attempt one of the world's toughest challenges: to row, unaided 4800 kilometers in the Atlantic Rowing Race. More people have climbed Everest than have successfully rowed an ocean, but Ben and James are not daunted by the feat that lies ahead of them. Despite this immense challenge Ben and James had just four months to do everything ? from finding the boat and getting ready for training. Other competitors spend up to two years in preparation. Cameras follow them as James teaches Ben to row and as they prepare physically as well as mentally.
